During the 2013 New York Television Festival, NYTVF’s Festival Development Partners – BET Networks, Channel 4, IFC, MTV, truTV, VH1, and previously-announced partner CW Digital – will each award a development deal to an outstanding Official Artist from the Festival’s 2013 competitions. NYTVF Pitch, a program added to the Festival in 2011, will also be featured at the 2013 Festival, with Sundance Channel taking pitches on-site from Official Artists, based on a creative brief outlining its development goals and types of pitches in which it is interested. Sundance is participating in NYTVF Pitch for the third consecutive year and will also guarantee a development deal.
