Development Day Sessions Announced!
Dear Friends,
We are pleased to announce two of our sessions on Development Day, and we
think you will be as excited as we are!
First, we are thrilled to report that Mitchell Hurwitz will be our Creative Keynote. He returns to the NYTVF for the first time since 2006, and will be talking about his new show Running Wilde, the art and craft of writing
comedy, and a little show you might remember called Arrested Development
(AKA one of the best comedies ever).
Saturday, 9/25 at 5 PM
FREE Tickets available here.
Next, for the first time at the NYTVF we will be talking about television
from the perspective of an actor. Michael Emerson’s Emmy-winning turn on
The Practice would have been enough to write him into any history of
television, but his role as Ben Linus on Lost catapulted him into the
ranks of the all-time greats. Join us for his insights into how to create
indelible characters for TV.
Saturday, 9/25 at 4 PM
FREE Tickets available here.
More Development Day Panels will be announced this week, and we hope to see
you there!
