"The Pocket Mayors" follows the travels of three friends who are drawn to locations around the world by the bridges that define them. Traveling on foot most of the time and on the cheap all of the time, they not only explore these landmarks and the cities and country sides around them, they also prove that first-rate travel is available to everyone, not just the wealthy. And that sometimes it's better not to know where you're going, or how to get there if you do. In the pilot episode, the Mayors travel to Vancouver to cross the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
