Entering its 4th year, NYTVF Primetime (formerly Premiere Week) brings audiences red-carpet, star-studded debuts of the hottest new and returning network shows, and intimate conversations with the artists who create them.

DIGITAL DAY Presented by MSN (WED SEPT 23RD)

The Web continues to gain significance in television development, and online platforms now enjoy a profound impact on how stories are told and how viewers are able to experience them. Digital Day is dedicated to exploring the creative side of the digital video content frontier and what opportunities are being created for artists exploring this space.

IPC SCREENINGS (THUR SEPT 24TH - SAT SEPT 26TH)

In 2009, the NYTVF proudly presents a new class of pilot-makers, whose creativity, hard work, and dedication are on display for all TV fans to enjoy. The 2009 competition features 37 official selections representing all genres of television.

This day is for those looking to take their careers in television to the next level, featuring a series of panels and talks aimed at industry members and aspiring artists. Whether you are an industry vet or just starting out, Development Day holds the keys to breaking into the business and getting the most out of your projects and resources.

FESTIVAL VENUES
New World Stages – 340 West 50th Street
(b/w 8th and 9th Aves.)
Located just off Broadway in Manhattan’s theater district, New World Stages once again served as the main venue of the NYTVF.

The Times Center – 242 West 41st Street
(b/w 7th and 8th Aves.)
Located in the heart of the Times Square District, in the New York Times Tower, The Times Center hosted Industry Day and all red carpet NYTVF Primetime Events.
